Compressed air receivers are used to store compressed air and manage compressor performance.   • Resistant to harsh working conditions and corrosion.
  • Equipped with a safety valve.
  • Equipped with an automatic electric drain system.
  • Equipped with an air pressure manometer.
  • Use of high-quality raw materials such as sheet alloys (SA 516), (17mn4) or (SA 285 Gr C).
  • A 105 flanges and automatic submerged arc welding.

Services and Quality Assurance

  • Provision of construction and installation drawings, hydrotest methods, WPS and PQR.
  • Ability to change operating pressure and tank dimensions as per order.
  • Provision of manometer and safety valve calibration certificates.
  • Conducting specialized tests including:
    • Radiographic testing
    • Sheet thickness control
    • Paint film thickness control
    • Hydrostatic testing

Inspection Stages

  • Inspection of raw materials by the Quality Control (QC) unit.
  • In-process inspection during manufacturing by the Quality Control (QC) unit.
  • Inspection of the tank before internal painting to control the surface quality of the sheet.
  • Performing hydrostatic testing and providing a report.

Support

Regarding the maintenance of compressed air receiver, please observe the following:

  • Daily tank drainage
  • Regular inspection of the automatic drain valve (if used)
  • Periodic inspection and calibration of the safety valve
  • Protection against cold and prevention of freezing
  • Regular visual inspection of walls and support welds for corrosion, cracks, or dents
  • Providing safety training for operators
